Kunstler nails the frustration here. That mackerel metaphor cuts deep beacuse it captures how mechanical and routine justice should be for obvious wrongdoing, yet somehow we're stuck in this endless cycle of speculation. I've noticed how people talk less about actual accountability now and more about whether it will ever happen at all. The shift from demanding action to just hoping for scraps feels like a psyop in itself.
